About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee federal contracting programs within our company delivering high quality technical solutions, managing multi-year sustainment and enhancement efforts, and ensuring operational excellence across all program functions driving profitability through effective P&L management. As a Lead Program Manager, you will excel in cross-functional collaboration, client relationship management, and delivering results that align with organizational goals. Requirements

  • Clearance Public Trust
  • bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects in complex environments
  • PMP Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage customer relationships
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, risk management, and operational governance
  • Proficiency with dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
  • Coordinate technical teams, architects, and engineering resources to drive solution implementation
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and operational sequencing for all assigned workstreams
  • Ensure readiness for deployment activities, including schedule‑sensitive and cross‑team integrations
  • Manage all phases of federal contracting programs, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Support management of program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis
  • Ensure all programs comply with federal regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for federal clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success
  • Monitor and report on program performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development
