Technical Program Manager, Software

Ironsite AI•San Francisco, CA
•$170,000 - $240,000•Onsite

About The Position

Ironsite is hiring its first Technical Program Manager to establish how the company plans and ships programs, then grow the function into a program management team as the company scales. The role will create planning processes, roadmaps, and tracking across hardware, infrastructure, machine learning, research, platform, field apps, and customer deployments. These teams contribute to a nightly critical path in which footage captured during the afternoon is turned into a report for superintendents by 5 AM. The Technical Program Manager will build a planning cadence, own programs that cross team boundaries, and help ensure customer commitments are delivered. The position starts as a team of one and will develop the playbooks, tools, and hiring bar for a future program management team. The role is based on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • Lead cross-team programs spanning hardware, platform, machine learning, and field apps, including product surfaces and model and device rollouts.
  • Define program scope, owners, milestones, and risks, and drive programs through completion.
