About The Position

Rivian is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the implementation of new vehicle parts into the Service Supply Chain. The role is responsible for service supply-chain readiness for vehicle part changes and new vehicle launches, including go-to-market strategies. The position combines program management and technical analysis with collaboration across the organization. The successful candidate will partner with design engineering and other teams to develop service Bills of Material (BOMs), determine which parts will be serviced across the global service network, and set service levels that help reduce supply-chain complexity and cost. The role also owns key processes related to part introductions, end-of-life planning, master data, design-change compatibility, and supply continuity.

  • Experience with CAD, CATIA, Enovia, or PLM.
  • Experience analyzing design changes.
  • Experience managing complex Bills of Material.

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to drive change.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities for making decisions or presenting recommendations.
  • Broad experience defining, launching, and driving strategic process-redesign initiatives to improve internal and external processes and operations, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a technology environment.
  • Process-design experience, including the ability to understand, document, and transform complex processes.
