NPI Program Manager

NXP Semiconductors•Austin, TX

About The Position

The NPI Program Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of new product introduction programs, from concept through development, industrialization, and production ramp. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to launch products on time, within cost, and at target quality. It is the single point of accountability for program execution and serves as a bridge between product development and manufacturing. The position leads NPI lifecycle phases, establishes integrated program plans, manages manufacturing and supply chain readiness, and drives risk mitigation, financial oversight, governance, and reporting. Typical outputs include program charters and roadmaps, integrated schedules, product build plans, validation reports, manufacturing readiness and ramp plans, risk registers, cost models, post-launch performance metrics, and lessons-learned reports.
