About The Position

The Technical Program Manager III role is located in Redmond, WA and is an onsite position. This role will straddle between hardware teams and product teams, requiring the ability to communicate effectively with both hardware engineers and sales/marketing to organize and maintain project schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience as a hardware TPM, preferably with tech products, but any background where the TPM works onsite with physical hardware will be considered. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field is a plus.

Requirements

  • B.S. in engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
  • Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families from innovation to delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading execution across ambiguous, complex products and programs, with experience making technical and product trade offs balancing business needs and technical constraints.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
  • Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
