About The Position

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to drive end-to-end program execution and system health initiatives across consumer device programs within the Company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs by coordinating engineering, product, and operations teams while managing risks, timelines, and dependencies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technical program management, software development lifecycle, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale product initiatives from concept through production.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software or consumer device programs
  • Strong experience with program planning, scheduling, tracking, and risk management
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development processes
  • Proven ability to communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on consumer device programs (hardware/software integration)
  • Experience with system health, performance metrics, or device stability initiatives
  • Familiarity with battery performance, firmware, or embedded systems
  • PMP or PMI certification
  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-platform environments or big tech organizations
  • MBA or advanced degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones across multiple concurrent programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to drive alignment and execution
  • Monitor program health by tracking key metrics, identifying risks, and driving mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate program reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communications
  • Oversee issue resolution, dependency management, and contingency planning across complex systems
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance program efficiency and delivery outcomes
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
