Technical Program Manager, ERP Systems

AndurilCosta Mesa, CA

About The Position

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own program delivery across our ERP/Oracle technology team. This role is accountable for the full lifecycle of ERP initiatives, from initiation through closure ensuring scope, schedules, and stakeholders stay aligned as we move at speed. The ideal candidate turns complexity into clarity and drives outcomes independently. You identify ambiguity, establish structure, and move initiatives forward without waiting for perfect direction. You don't need to be an ERP developer or technical architect, but you're technically fluent enough to coordinate effectively with functional analysts, developers, integration teams, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. We're moving fast to deliver software that matters. If you thrive in high-tempo environments and want your work to have real-world impact, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience with an enterprise ERP platform -- Oracle Fusion experience preferred; experience with another large-scale platform such as SAP is also relevant

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
  • Strong organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate independently
  • Ability to identify ambiguity, establish structure, and drive decisions without waiting for perfect direction
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fast-paced technology, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent ERP initiatives with competing priorities
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain ERP teams to translate business priorities into organized, executable technical work
  • Coordinate across business process owners, ERP functional teams, technical development teams, integration teams, security/access teams, external vendors, and leadership
  • Lead working sessions, status meetings, planning sessions, and decision-making forums
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, ensuring they have what they need to make decisions
  • Maintain the ERP team's work-management system and program backlog, ensuring items have accurate priorities, owners, status, timelines, dependencies, supporting documentation, and next steps
  • Support backlog hygiene and prioritization, and produce status reports and executive summaries
  • Keep current with project documentation and ensure Jira reflects accurate project status
  • Interface with vendors on scheduling, deliverables, and contract alignment (non-budgetary)
