About the Team The Digital Enterprise Experience (DEX) team blazes the trail of enterprise technology. Built on the foundation of our core values, our team encompasses more than traditional IT functions, focusing heavily on close collaboration with our business partners to achieve strategic business objectives. Our goal is to deliver technology centered around our business and our collective success. We oversee technology strategy, Salesforce on Salesforce, employee productivity and experience, applications engineering, infrastructure, collaboration, enterprise operations, architecture, and program enablement. We own the world's foremost Salesforce implementation and enable our global teams to do their best work by leveraging our platform. Role Overview The DEX team seeks a Technical Program Management Senior Analyst and a Technical Program Management Lead (IC) with strong technical acumen and delivery expertise to provide leadership and cross-team coordination for large-scale, complex solution transformation across the DEX space. We are actively hiring for two levels on the same team. The skill set and responsibilities align across both roles; experience level is the primary differentiator. Our Technical Program Managers (TPM) coordinate across multiple solution delivery teams, managing project and program budget, timeline, and scope delivery in partnership with Product Management — ensuring all work meets overall program goals and definitions of success. The TPM drives alignment across diverse teams for successful delivery of complex initiatives across the Employee Success, Communications, and Real Estate domains. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of Enterprise Experience and Agents, exceptional program management and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and present effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
