About The Position

Fiserv is seeking a Production Control Analyst to create, test, and implement job control code and processing schedules across a multi-vendor platform environment that includes Unisys and IBM systems. The position supports accurate and reliable daily processing by helping prevent, identify, investigate, and resolve processing issues promptly. The analyst collaborates with team members and partner departments to meet client needs and support business unit operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data processing, with an emphasis on computer operations, basic programming logic, or job scheduling.
• Experience with the WFL, CL, and AJS job control languages.
• Ability to support processing across Unisys and IBM platform environments.
• Foundational written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• A 2-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with IBM AJS/CL jobs and Unisys computer operations and WFL jobs.
• At least 1 year of experience with Premier Software.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and implement job control code in alignment with change control practices.
• Process incoming requests using WFL, CL, and AJS job control languages.
• Support research and resolution of production and processing issues.
• Deliver accurate job code on time to meet established deadlines.
