The Technical Product Specialist serves as the primary technical liaison for Commercial customers, ensuring successful integration, connectivity, and ongoing support for Workforce Health Solutions products. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention, and national growth goals. By owning customer connectivity—from EMR integrations and file transmissions to new technical development—this specialist ensures that solutions are both technically sound and strategically aligned. Reporting to the Director of Technical Product Managers, the Technical Product Specialist is a key player in a cross-functional environment. They are responsible for translating business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications, fostering deep partnerships with both business stakeholders and technology teams. Success in this role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, customer advocacy, and the ability to manage complex projects and relationships to deliver high-quality, seamless integrations.
