About The Position

The Technical Product Owner is the single point of technical accountability for the platforms that carry NovaSource’s field and financial transactions. The position administers ServiceMax and Salesforce, assists with Business Central, owns the inventory and operational oversight of platform integrations, and ensures releases and vendor deliverables meet defined technical, testing, documentation, recovery, and acceptance requirements. The role also serves as the technical acceptance authority for billing transformation milestones alongside the business platform owner’s business acceptance. The position is expected to work primarily from NovaSource’s Chandler, Arizona office. Office work involves interaction with people and technology while standing or sitting, and communicating face-to-face and by phone, with or without reasonable accommodation.
