About The Position

Shared Platforms is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of our Kubernetes platform and related engineering capabilities. As the voice of the customer, you will partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure platform investments deliver measurable value and improve the user experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and influence across teams without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Kubernetes, platform engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-native technologies.
Familiarity with GitOps, platform automation, and modern software delivery practices.
Experience developing roadmaps, defining KPIs, and measuring business outcomes.
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own the platform roadmap, backlog, and prioritization decisions.
Translate customer feedback and operational insights into product investments.
Balance customer needs, technical strategy, operational risk, and delivery capacity.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and Security leaders to drive business outcomes.
Foster innovation by creating opportunities for teams to experiment, learn, and improve.
Define and track success measures to ensure platform investments deliver value.
