About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery of innovative web and mobile solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of product management expertise, business acumen, and technical knowledge with hands-on experience in modern application development using .NET, React.js, React Native, Azure Cloud, and enterprise integrations. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end users, architects, and engineering teams, ensuring that product roadmaps, user needs, and business outcomes are translated into actionable product backlogs and successful digital solutions.

Experience supporting field technicians, dispatch operations, work order management, scheduling, crew management, mobile workforce productivity, or similar operational environments is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of IT experience.
4+ years as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Product Manager.
Proven experience delivering enterprise web and mobile products from concept through production.
Experience managing distributed and cross-functional delivery teams.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to align product strategy with organizational goals and business outcomes.
Strong decision-making capabilities with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and organizational change.
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, field operations teams, technology teams, and executive management.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for web and mobile application portfolios.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define product strategy and measurable business outcomes.
Translate business objectives into product features, epics, and user stories.
Drive prioritization decisions based on business value, customer impact, risk, and technical feasibility.
Define KPIs and success metrics to track product performance and adoption.
Lead Backlog Grooming and Refinement sessions with business and engineering teams.
Create detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Product Demonstrations.
Prioritize backlog items to maximize business outcomes and ROI.
Maintain alignment between roadmap commitments and delivery timelines.
Conduct Product-Level Discovery activities with stakeholders and end users.
Lead workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
Map business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
Validate product concepts through stakeholder feedback and product iteration.
Work closely with architects and development teams on solution design and execution.
Provide technical guidance on: Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, API Integration Strategies, Cloud Architecture, Security and Compliance Requirements.
Support technical decision-making while balancing business priorities.
Act as the single point of accountability for product requirements and prioritization.
Communicate product status, risks, dependencies, and roadmap updates to leadership.
Manage cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
