About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of IT industry experience to lead large-scale application development, maintenance, transformation, or digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, resource planning, financial management, and client engagement.
Requirements
- Strong Project/Program Management experience in IT Services.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience handling multi-million-dollar engagements and distributed teams.
- Strong risk, budget, and resource management capabilities.
- Experience in PMO governance, project metrics, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing global delivery teams.
- 10 & Above years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects/programs across multiple teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, and success criteria.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Drive project governance through regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Manage resource allocation, utilization, capacity planning, and team performance.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
- Lead client discussions, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Support business growth through solutioning, estimation, and proposal activities.
- Mentor project teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
