About The Position
This is an onsite Project Manager position located in New York/New Jersey with a duration of 6 months. The role requires extensive experience in technology implementation for large global organizations and delivering high-performance, large-scale, cloud-serviced websites. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring delivery to specified target dates, mobilizing the project team, coordinating cross-workstream impacts, and setting day-to-day priorities. Key responsibilities include creating work breakdown structures (WBS), resource and capacity plans, assigning resources, generating status reports, escalating risks and issues, facilitating MVP creation and delivery timelines, managing scope changes, risks, dependencies, and issues, and handling business and stakeholder management. The role also involves conducting workshops, communicating progress to stakeholders, adapting working hours for global time zones, and performing customer-facing activities such as requirements gathering and cutover support. Experience in advertising technology implementation is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- PMP certification / or applicable proven experience is a must.
- Prior technology implementation experiences for large global, multinational organization
- Prior experience delivering high performance, large scale, cloud-serviced websites
- Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
- Articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders
- Good understanding of information technology functions
- Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executive, team member resources, and external third party groups
- Effective written and verbal communicator
- Skilled in customer facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support and documentation preparation

Responsibilities
- Ensuring delivery to the specified target dates

- Creating bottoms-up WBS, resource and capacity plan, assigning resources to various activities and deliverables
- Creating status reports and actively escalating program risks and issues
- Facilitating MVP creation and delivery timelines and getting sign off from business lead and/or program manager
- Scope change control, risk and dependencies management and issues tracking
- Business and stakeholder management
- Conducting and facilitating workshops with business representatives, management and executive, team member resources, and external third party groups
- Adapting working hours to align with demands of communication across multiple global time zones
- Customer facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support and documentation preparation
