About The Position

Ketryx is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive the company's go-to-market strategy by combining engineering problem-solving with marketing storytelling. This role involves understanding customer workflows, compliance pressures, and technical challenges in regulated industries, and translating this knowledge into effective go-to-market plans, messaging, and narratives for technical buyers. The successful candidate will become proficient in configuring demos and creating technically credible content to demonstrate Ketryx's value. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Sales to ensure all assets reinforce Ketryx's position as a category leader and that customer insights inform product development and market strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience developing, managing, or marketing products in highly regulated environments (i.e. MedTech, Pharma, Automotive, Robotics, Aerospace, Defense).
  • 2+ years of experience working in a start-up or high-growth company.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and technically accurate content.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience building customer-facing materials like messaging, presentations, demo videos, or webinar content.
  • Comfort working with data, whether that's analyzing usage metrics, interpreting survey results, or building a business case, to ground decisions in evidence rather than intuition.
  • 4+ years of overall experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strongly Preferred: STEM background or proven knowledge or experience in one of the following: Life Science SaaS, Software/Product Lifecycle Management, Software testing / Verification and Validation, Artificial intelligence (AI/ML), Cybersecurity, Medical device or software as a medical device (SaMD).
  • Experience working in an early stage, product-based start up.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, DevOps practices, and/or software development in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape how Ketryx shows up in the market by developing concise, compelling messaging and positioning that emphasizes the business value of Ketryx’s solutions for our ICPs throughout the buying journey.
  • Turn customer insight into strategy by synthesizing customer feedback into clear patterns, feeding sales with sharper talk tracks and equipping Product with evidence for roadmap prioritization.
  • Bring new products and features to life by partnering with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to execute launches that generate pipeline and drive adoption.
  • Keep the company sharp on the market by monitoring and analyzing market dynamics to define differentiated product positioning and messaging that makes Ketryx the obvious choice.
  • Drive content that moves buyers by working with internal and external resources to create content across the funnel.
  • Build the sales enablement engine by developing battlecards, collateral, and enablement materials.
  • Measure what matters by tracking and reporting the impact of enablement, launches, and customer programs, connecting work directly to revenue growth and market momentum.
