About The Position

Lead technical execution across engineering programs and product initiatives, driving execution excellence, product scalability, and architectures that support long-term success. Partner closely with engineering to carry out the planning cycle and translate product direction into clear engineering delivery plans. Manage product roadmaps and the development backlog, and co-own technical development and standards with engineering.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical product management.
• Experience defining product requirements, engaging in product specifications, and driving roadmap creation, execution, and launch.
• Experience partnering with software engineering leaders on strategic and tactical decisions to shape and build products.
• Experience with Jira family project management tools.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles, Agile delivery, and milestone-based planning.
• Ability to contribute to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
