Technical Product Manager

KlaritySan Francisco, CA
$179,000 - $230,000Onsite

About The Position

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who is early in their career but already has sharp product instincts and the technical foundations to bring ideas to life. You'll work alongside senior engineers and product leaders, owning meaningful pieces of features from customer insight through production, and growing fast in an environment that rewards ownership. This role requires a PM with strong technical foundations who has shipped products with real complexity, can read architecture diagrams, ask smart questions in engineering discussions, and write specs that don't require translation. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and discovery-driven, relentless about getting in front of customers, and can turn qualitative signal into structured insight and challenge internal assumptions with real evidence. An AI-native product thinker who has built or owned features powered by LLMs, ML pipelines, or AI-driven automation, and understands the product tradeoffs of probabilistic systems, is highly desired. The role is outcome-oriented, requiring the ability to define success metrics before building, and to instrument, analyze, and iterate. Excellent communication skills are essential for aligning engineering, design, and leadership on a shared direction, and for writing specs that people actually read and act on. The candidate will operate with strong product and UX taste, identifying product experience issues and making obvious design decisions. They will operate at the bleeding edge of AI within the product function, prototyping, gathering customer feedback, running analytics, and automating workflows. They will design AI features accounting for model failure modes, non-determinism, and evaluation needs, shipping meaningful work weekly and using AI tools to move at an impossible pace manually. The role demands end-to-end ownership of delivery, using AI coding tools to build working prototypes independently and validate product directions with real artifacts, without waiting for engineering capacity. Communication skills are paramount, both written and verbal, with internal stakeholders and customers. The candidate will create high-quality written artifacts like specs, triage summaries, and customer-facing documents, compressing ambiguous input into clear, prioritized direction and translating technical constraints into business language and vice versa without losing fidelity.
