Technical Product Manager

KlaritySan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Klarity is a fast-growing Series B company that has raised $91M and experienced 7x growth last year. We are at the forefront of the AI Transformation, building agents that will revolutionize the $600B consulting industry. Our AI discovers how work happens across teams and applications, structures it into a living Context Graph, and improves it continuously. Leading companies like ServiceNow, DoorDash, OpenAI, Google, and Stripe rely on Klarity to transform their operations. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who is early in their career but possesses strong product instincts and the technical skills to bring ideas to fruition. In this role, you will collaborate with senior engineers and product leaders, taking ownership of significant feature components from initial customer insight through to production. This is an environment that rewards ownership and offers rapid growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundations — have shipped products with real complexity.
  • Ability to read architecture diagrams, ask smart questions in engineering discussions, and write specs that don't require translation.
  • Customer-obsessed and discovery-driven — relentless about getting in front of customers.
  • Ability to turn qualitative signal into structured insight and challenge internal assumptions with real evidence.
  • AI-native product thinker — have built or owned features powered by LLMs, ML pipelines, or AI-driven automation.
  • Understanding of the product tradeoffs of probabilistic systems.
  • Outcome-oriented — define success metrics before starting to build, and instrument, analyze, and iterate.
  • Clear communicator — ability to align engineering, design, and leadership on a shared direction.
  • Ability to write specs that people actually read and act on.
  • 2–4 years in product management or product engineering.
  • B2B SaaS or AI platform experience strongly preferred.
  • Product & UX Taste — identify what is wrong with a product experience without being told.
  • Make design decisions that users describe as obvious in hindsight.
  • Consistently distinguish between what users say and what they need.
  • AI-Native Velocity — operate at the bleeding edge of AI within the product function — prototyping, gathering customer feedback, running analytics, and automating own workflows.
  • Design AI features that account for model failure modes, non-determinism, and evaluation needs.
  • Ship meaningful work weekly and use AI tools to move at a pace that would be impossible manually.
  • Ships to Outcomes — own delivery end-to-end.
  • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to build working prototypes independently and validate product directions with real artifacts — don't wait for engineering capacity to test an idea.
  • The bar is not shipping production-grade code; it is expressing product ideas in working, shippable form.
  • Communicate clearly in both writing and speech — with internal stakeholders and directly with customers.
  • Create high-quality written artifacts: specs, triage summaries, customer-facing documents.
  • Compress ambiguous customer and stakeholder input into clear, prioritized direction.
  • Translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa without losing fidelity.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside senior engineers and product leaders, owning meaningful pieces of features from customer insight through production.
  • Speak directly with many customers and customer executives to understand their needs.
  • Prototype and rapidly iterate on product ideas.
  • Own meaningful pieces of product features from discovery through shipping, with real accountability for outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering and design to write clear specs and make fast, principled decisions.
  • Drive AI-native product development — own features built on LLMs, set user expectations, design feedback loops.
  • Define success metrics, build dashboards, and close the loop on everything shipped.

  • Equity in addition to competitive cash compensation
  • 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision options
