About The Position

The Technical Product Manager Wholesale is responsible for the further development and lifecycle management of OXG Wholesale products. This role acts as a central interface between Technology/IT, Sales, Operations, and Wholesale partners. Key responsibilities include developing product concepts and business cases, managing the OXG availability data replica, and ensuring ongoing data quality. The role involves translating market and customer requirements into technically feasible product requirements and continuously analyzing market, competitor, and technology trends in the wholesale environment to derive actions for the product portfolio. The position also supports Key Account Management in contract negotiations with wholesale partners and builds/maintains strategically important wholesale partnerships. Success is measured through data analysis and defined KPIs, leading to continuous optimization of products, processes, and data quality.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Deep technical understanding of the telecommunications industry, especially in fixed-line technologies.
  • Many years of experience in managing and expanding strategic relationships, preferably with large national wholesale customers.
  • Convincing presentation skills and clear, target-group-oriented communication at C-level.
  • Sound expertise in Business Analysis and Demand Management.
  • Expertise in End-to-End project management of complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Accustomed to structured steering of projects with many stakeholders.
  • Completed business administration studies or a comparable qualification.
  • Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Strong initiative, energy, and goal orientation.
  • Openness to questioning things and actively developing them further.
  • Confident demeanor and openness in both German and English.
