About the position
As a Technical Product Manager specializing in Gamification, Monetization, and Retention, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of features and strategies aimed at optimizing user engagement, increasing revenue streams, and enhancing customer loyalty across our products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives that align with our product roadmap and business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy that integrates gamification elements to enhance user engagement, motivation, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data analytics teams to conceptualize and implement gamified features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Define and execute monetization strategies that maximize revenue while delivering value to users, maintaining a balance between user satisfaction and financial goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for user retention improvements and develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of product enhancements related to gamification, monetization, and retention.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to make informed product decisions and refinements.
- Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines feature releases and iterations, keeping stakeholders informed about progress and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features, ensuring effective communication and user adoption.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention rates, conversion rates, and revenue growth, taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to gamification, monetization, and user retention.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Software Development
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products with gamification, monetization, and retention elements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Experience with monetization models such as freemium, subscription, in-app purchases, and advertising.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
