About the position
We are seeking a talented and experienced Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team for our app-based subscription business. As a Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our subscription model through strategic advertising campaigns on Google, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram platforms. Your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and audience targeting will be essential in reaching and engaging our target audience to maximize conversions and subscriber retention.
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies for TikTok and Facebook advertising campaigns
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors
- Create engaging ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, ad placements, and scheduling
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and videos
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging best practices for TikTok and Facebook advertising
- Prepare regular reports and presentations showcasing campaign performance and recommendations for optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok and Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms, such as TikTok Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs, such as ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ad concepts and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
