Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead Citizen's internal operations and AI initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing the efficiency of our operations workflow and refining our notification distribution logic. The individual must have a proven track record of driving machine learning or AI initiatives at scale and will have the opportunity to define the AI roadmap for Citizen. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential for this technical and leadership role.

• Lead Citizen's internal operations and AI initiatives
• Enhance the operations workflow of US-based radio scanner analysts
• Oversee AI and ML projects across Citizen
• Lead the roadmap for tools that enhance the efficiency of operations
• Refine the notification distribution logic
• Define the future of safety recommendation algorithms
• Drive machine learning or AI initiatives at scale
• Manage hybrid human data-labeling or multi-steps systems
• Work with a wide set of collaborators
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Define the AI roadmap for Citizen

• Proven track record of driving machine learning or AI initiatives at scale
• Experience managing hybrid human data-labeling or multi-steps systems is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with a wide set of collaborators
• Effective communication skills
• Familiarity with tools that enhance the efficiency of operations
• Ability to refine notification distribution logic
• Experience in defining safety recommendation algorithms
• Technical background and expertise in AI and ML projects
• Understanding of internal operations and workflow management
• Ability to work with US-based radio scanner analysts on a 24/7 basis
