Candidates based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area will be hired in a hybrid capacity and are expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in‑office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities. The Senior Product Manager will own end-to-end product development of multiple data driven products. All these products will directly impact our customers and improve patient health. We are looking for a product leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, can take products from 0 to 1, and has deep experience building and scaling data-powered healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and delivery of technology products that serve healthcare providers, payers, manufacturers, and patients.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 10+ years’ relevant experience with 8+ years in a hands-on product manager role
  • Proven success in launching and scaling data or platform products in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data and interoperability standards
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex backend systems or cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics tools, and modern product development frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product roadmap for data and platform products in the healthcare space
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical and operations teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize features and technical investments based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive agile execution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform roadmap decisions.
