About The Position

This is a remote role based in the US, with occasional travel required to other countries and the UK Head office.

Requirements

  • Experience in presales or a similar client-facing technical role
  • Strong understanding of solution architectures and integration approaches
  • Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs
  • Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead presales engagement on strategic opportunities, partnering closely with Sales to shape deal strategy and positioning
  • Drive and facilitate client discovery sessions, translating business challenges into tailored solution approaches
  • Own and deliver high-quality product demonstrations and workshops, aligned to client-specific workflows and value drivers
  • Define solution architectures and integration approaches, working with Product and Engineering teams where required
  • Lead or significantly contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring high-quality, differentiated submissions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging with both business and technical stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
  • Provide market and client feedback to Product and leadership teams to support ongoing product evolution
