About The Position

Gemini is seeking a Technical Pattern Maker to join its Foundry team in Decorah, Iowa. The role involves reviewing artwork for manufacturability, editing files with graphic arts software, operating machines to complete orders, and painting patterns and boxes. The work environment is bright and warm around equipment. The position reports to the Plant Manager.

This is a full-time role with a consistent second-shift schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Overtime is scheduled as needed. The wage range is $22.88 to $30.61 per hour, with compensation taking experience into consideration. The role is eligible for other benefits.

Requirements

• High level of computer aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review artwork on a computer for manufacturability.
• Clean and edit files as necessary using graphic arts software.
• Operate CNC routers, Haas mills, table saws, and 3D printers to complete orders.
• Paint patterns and boxes with paints and sealers using a spray gun or brush.
