About The Position

The Manager, Technical Packaging serves as the enterprise technical leader for beverage packaging systems, materials, and standards across Mark Anthony Brewing. This role is accountable for packaging governance, material qualification, supplier technical performance, package integrity, and packaging technology development while partnering closely with Operations, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Innovation teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective packaging solutions.

Requirements

BS Degree in Related Subject
Packaging Operations Management 5 yrs high speed environment
IBD Packaging Certifications
Extensive Beverage Packaging Material Expertise
Beverage packaging technologies/Packaging material science and material testing methodologies
SPC and process capability analysis/Root cause analysis/Power BI and data analytics
Capital project management
Cross-functional leadership/Influencing without authority
Ability to influence and engage with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization and create cross functional alignment.
