Requirements

2+ years of experience coordinating technical operations, infrastructure delivery, project or program work, service delivery, or another closely related function is required.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with engineering teams, vendors, operational work queues, and competing priorities is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an emphasis in Computer Science, or Information Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational items, technical tasks, and business-requested initiatives for the Technical Solutions Team.
Work with technical leaders to define scope, maintain visibility into engineering capacity and priorities, facilitate sprint planning, and communicate status, dependencies, and resource constraints to stakeholders.
Serve as the operational hub for Technical Operations, connecting the many workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders that support the day-to-day operations.
