As the Technical Marketing Manager, you will own the creation of technical content and thought leadership that educates, engages, and converts the IT professionals and MSPs who rely on NinjaOne every day. You’ll bridge the gap between our product capabilities and the practitioners who use them, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both hands-on IT admins and technical decision-makers. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure our content, demos, and enablement materials reflect the depth and differentiation of the NinjaOne platform. This role blends technical credibility with storytelling, requiring a deep understanding of endpoint management and IT operations alongside the ability to create content that drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and serve as the primary owner of technical content that powers campaigns, webinars, sales enablement, and competitive positioning. Location: We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states – CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA.
