About The Position

Oasis Security is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between Oasis’s advanced technical capabilities and the security practitioners who need them. The position requires a blend of product, marketing, and security expertise to translate complex technical features into compelling content. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical blogs, solution briefs, demo environments, and delivering conference talks, directly influencing how security architects, engineers, and CISOs perceive and trust Oasis.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in technical marketing or security engineering within the cybersecurity industry.
• Ability to read API documentation and understand architecture diagrams, translating them into content for practitioners and executives.
• Demonstrated ability to move seamlessly from high-level strategy to writing technically rigorous solution briefs.
• Focus on pipeline influence and deal acceleration as key success metrics.
• Curiosity and comfort with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) for content creation and technical work.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with CISOs and security architects and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Eagerness to take ownership, demonstrate impact, and grow within a fast-scaling startup environment.
• A builder mentality, turning complex technical concepts into educational content that drives pipeline.
• Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy even under pressure.
• Strategic thinking ability, understanding how technical credibility drives brand trust and revenue.
• Relationship-driven approach to engaging security practitioners and earning their respect through content.
• Scrappy and resourceful, finding solutions quickly and driving progress.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, handling shifting priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining technical accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with identity security, such as IAM, PAM, or non-human identities.
• A background as a security engineer or architect who transitioned into marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create authoritative technical content, including blogs, solution briefs, and whitepapers, to educate security practitioners and establish Oasis’s leadership.
• Build and maintain demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) materials to allow prospects to experience Oasis’s value.
• Represent Oasis at conferences and community events by delivering technical talks to build credibility with practitioners.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop technical battlecards, integration guides, and competitive analyses to support deal closure.
• Partner with Product, Security Research, and Demand Generation teams to ensure technical accuracy across all content and campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the speed and scale of content creation and demo development.
