Build and manage automated customer journeys across CRM and marketing platforms, including lead nurturing, customer engagement, retention, re-engagement, and trigger-based communications using Relcu, Iterable, CXone, and Workato. Building journeys means installing email templates in the marketing automation platform and setting triggers. Configure and administer low-code/no-code CRM and marketing workflows, using drag-and-drop tools to manage routing rules, triggers, campaigns, audience segmentation, business logic, notifications, and other workflow automations without requiring traditional software development. Create and maintain integrations and webhook-driven processes between CRM, marketing, contact center, and other business applications; understand basic concepts such as APIs, webhooks, field mapping, triggers/actions, JSON payloads, and system-to-system data flows. Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable automated journeys and workflows, troubleshoot issues, test changes, document processes, and continuously improve the end-user and customer experience. Monitor and optimize automation performance, including journey execution, message delivery, workflow failures, data quality, conversion performance, and customer engagement; identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation.
