We are looking for a talented individual to fill this role working in a collaborative environment ready to innovate workflow. This Marketing Specialist � Campaign Execution and Automation will help execute the marketing direction established by the Chief Revenue Officer and convert it into coordinated, measurable programs across Sanborn�s revenue verticals: Transportation, Water & Resilience, Utilities, Energy, Natural Resources & Environment, and Property Intelligence. This role owns campaign operations, marketing automation, written communications, digital channels, lead management, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B campaign-management, copywriting, editing, digital-marketing, project-management, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and marketing-automation platforms, content-management systems, email marketing, website analytics, social publishing, and webinar tools.
  • Ability to translate complex technical services into clear messages for government and commercial audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination, quality-control, documentation, and deadline-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy and supported claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with slide design in PowerPoint and Microsoft tools

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, infrastructure, environmental services, professional services, or government markets is preferred.
  • A significant plus is experience or familiarity with digital maps, GIS software, or the geospatial industry in general.
  • Creative work at an agency or on a corporate marketing team is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate CRO-approved priorities into quarterly campaign workplans and monthly production schedules.
  • Manage one enterprise campaign theme per quarter, one priority vertical per month, and a secondary vertical adaptation where appropriate.
  • Prepare campaign briefs that document audience, customer problem, use case, approved proof, offer, channels, schedule, call to action, owners, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate content inputs, approvals, dependencies, deadlines, and launch readiness across internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the editorial and campaign calendar, intake queue, status reporting, and change-control process.
  • Administer marketing automation and CRM campaign functions, including segmentation, lists, forms, workflows, email deployment, nurture sequences, and campaign tracking.
  • Maintain marketing-contact hygiene and coordinate updates to target-account and audience lists supplied by the CRO, sales, and business development.
  • Route inbound and campaign-generated leads to the appropriate owner and document handoffs.
  • Monitor engagement and conversion activity and identify follow-up needs for sales and business development.
  • Maintain webinar and event registration, reminder, follow-up, and lead-capture workflows.
  • Write and edit campaign copy, articles, solution briefs, case studies, newsletters, press releases, announcements, webinar copy, landing-page copy, and sales-enablement language.
  • Interview subject-matter experts and convert approved technical information into accurate, accessible customer-facing content.
  • Create government and commercial message variants without developing separate campaigns for every customer segment.
  • Coordinate technical, customer, legal, brand, imagery, and release approvals before publication.
  • Maintain a consistent editorial voice across Sanborn�s revenue verticals and shared solution practices.
  • Publish and maintain campaign pages, website content, forms, calls to action, and related digital assets.
  • Apply approved SEO practices and monitor landing-page and website conversion performance.
  • Own social-channel administration, publishing schedules, post copy, scheduling, quality checks, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate press distribution, partner amplification, employee advocacy, and executive communications as directed.
  • Coordinate specialized web or public-relations vendors when approved.
  • Maintain dashboards for campaign engagement, email performance, web conversions, social results, webinar outcomes, lead handoffs, qualified meetings, and marketing-influenced opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly campaign reviews and quarterly performance reviews for the CRO.
  • Recommend which messages, content, channels, and assets should be reused, revised, or retired.
  • Maintain documented campaign records, approvals, source materials, and performance results.
  • Enforce production deadlines and escalate capacity conflicts to the CRO for prioritization.
