About The Position

The Technical Manager will lead advanced laboratory tasks, including complex sample analysis, method development, and project management. This role involves mentoring junior technicians and ensuring high-quality results in all laboratory activities. The Technical Manager will play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the laboratory.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in advanced laboratory techniques (Phosphatase, DMSCC, TKN / NPN / NCN, Mojo Execution, Acid Hydrolysis, WPN, Aflatoxin)
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.

• Pesticides Analysis and Reporting
• Instrument Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced sample analysis using specialized techniques.
• Develop new methods and protocols for laboratory procedures.
• Manage research projects and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in scientific communities, attend instrumentation vendor trade shows, and network with other professionals in the analytical industry to stay abreast of developing analytical technology.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide training.
• Ensure high-quality results in all laboratory activities.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field and integrate new techniques.
• Maintain instruments, supplies, and samples in appropriate operational conditions, interfacing with vendors when required.
• Oversee laboratory safety and compliance with regulations.
