About The Position
This role plays a crucial position in ensuring the smooth operation of our assets and resources. This role is responsible for assisting the oversight of maintenance activities, leading a skilled team of technicians, and ensuring that all systems function efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools – CMMS or EAM
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge and experience with conveyance systems – electrical/mechanical
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Interface with operation management at building level.
- Plan and schedule weekly maintenance work activities via SAP EAM or other medium and lead the department.
- Lead team with weekly Safety Meetings
- People management, evaluations, including disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and conduct spare parts inventory counts, quarterly cycle counts and request PO’s and re-stock spare parts as needed.
