About The Position

This role leads production support across non-Oracle financial applications, focusing on monitoring, incident coordination, and vendor management in a complex AWS-based environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years in production/applications support
• Experience with AWS or cloud-based systems
• Knowledge of job scheduling, batch processing, or ETL workflows
• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath preferred)
• Financial systems or reporting experience preferred

• AWS focused technical lead with architectural experience supporting enterprise financial service applications

Responsibilities

• Lead production support for financial applications outside Oracle
• Monitor job execution, failures, and system health
• Coordinate resolution across internal teams and SaaS vendors
• Support infrastructure-related issue triage (AWS, outages, system failures)
• Facilitate incident communications to business stakeholders
• Manage issues tied to RPA (UiPath), reporting systems, and integrations
• Drive RCA documentation and continuous improvement
