About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in OpenText or SmartCOMM to develop end-to-end CCM applications. This role involves integrating output queues for printing and electronic channels, understanding customer requirements, and finalizing input file structures. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of different output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower), design and plan business and technical understanding documents, and create developer and reviewer checklists. Responsibilities also include creating unit test cases for unit testing/SIT and UAT, performing effective QA, identifying performance tuning and cost-saving activities, following best practices during development and unit testing, and effectively reviewing daily deliverables. The role also requires participation in weekly project status calls with customers.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end document lifecycle and GhostDraft
• Experience in direct customer communication
• Experience in scripting or programming languages (Java, shell script, Cobol, .net)
• Good debugging and error solving skills
