We're looking for a Senior CCM Architect to spearhead a major migration initiative as we transition from OpenText xPression to OpenText Communications (Exstream). As the architect behind this migration, you'll take ownership of moving 1,200+ templates to Exstream, redesigning processes for efficiency, and setting the standard for excellence in CCM. Requirements

• 8+ years leading correspondence generation projects.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with OpenText Communications (Exstream).
• Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Track record of training and mentoring teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail—accuracy is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of correspondence templates from xPression to Exstream.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve performance and scalability.
• Mentor and train technical and business teams on Exstream best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners and application developers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Guarantee compliance and accuracy for all government-mandated correspondence.
