About The Position

The Technical Lead will coordinate system operations, problem solving, changes, configuration, release documentation, and oversee all matters related to Telephony and 988 infrastructure technologies and end user devices. This position will provide Technical Leadership and mentorship, identify causes of Telephony and Network Information Technologies issues at the infrastructure and end user level, and implement solutions as well as assess the impact of changes to relevant technology on the business. The Technical Lead will apply broad technical knowledge and accurately anticipate organizational impacts and work in a collaborated effort with other IMG members to facilitate best solutions. They will act as the point of escalation for technologies issues (infrastructure and end users).
