About The Position

Root16 Reply is a technology consulting firm focused on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform. The Technical Lead / Architect works closely with clients and prospects to provide solutions that support innovation across the digital landscape. This role leads discovery and solution-design discussions, proposes and architects D365 and Power Platform solutions, and remains hands-on with technical development. It also provides technical leadership and mentorship to developers and contributes to developing, testing, deploying, and supporting custom solutions. The position spends 50% of its time writing high-quality, scalable, reliable code. Occasional travel to clients, up to 20%, is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect.
• Experience with integrations and data migration projects.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and presentations.
• Self-starter, proactive, and team player.
• Willingness to travel to clients occasionally, up to 20%.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and prospects to provide solutions that help them drive innovation across the digital landscape.
• Lead client discovery calls and whiteboarding sessions to evaluate current systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Lead discussions on solution options, impacts, and risks, and provide estimates.
• Propose, design, and architect D365 and Power Platform solutions while remaining hands-on with technical development work.
• Provide technical leadership to others in developing, testing, deploying, and supporting custom solutions.
• Finalize technical specifications for customizations, integrations, and custom development.
• Lead and mentor other developers on projects.
• Spend 50% of the time writing high-quality code that is scalable and reliable.
