About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Developer with software development experience and expertise in AWS cloud technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications, analytics solutions, and enterprise integrations on AWS, including cloud-native applications and Generative AI solutions. The developer will collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders, and help lead technical initiatives and solution delivery.

Requirements

At least 5 years of software development experience; the role summary also states 8+ years.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
Experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation model integration.
Experience with AWS QuickSight for data visualization and analytics.
Proficiency in Python and API development.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud integrations.
Knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, and ECS/EKS.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and drive solution delivery.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on Generative AI implementation experience in production environments.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI guardrails.
Knowledge of data engineering and analytics platforms.
AWS certifications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and foundation models.
Build AI-powered applications using RAG, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and agentic workflows.
Develop and manage cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS.
Create interactive dashboards, reports, and business insights using AWS QuickSight.
Integrate enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms with AWS services.
Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance architectures following AWS best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Optimize AI application performance, monitoring, governance, and cost efficiency.
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Independently lead technical initiatives and drive solution delivery.
