Technical Laboratory Assistant
About The Position
Technical Laboratory Assistants process specimens, perform limited testing, and enter limited test results for subsequent review. They also assist with other laboratory duties as delegated, within the scope of regulatory and accrediting bodies and in accordance with Conway Regional Medical Center policies, procedures, and standards. The role requires effective collaboration and a commitment to teamwork. This is a designated Safety Sensitive Position under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. The posting states that an employee under the influence of marijuana constitutes a threat to patients or customers in the delivery and support of health care-related services.
Requirements
- Have earned a bachelor’s degree in a physical, biological, technical (computer) science, or administration; OR be a current junior or senior enrolled in a physical, biological, technical (computer) science, or administration program at an accredited college or university.
