About The Position

Provides support to laboratory operations by assisting with pre-analytical and post-analytical processes to help achieve optimal patient outcomes. The position is responsible for assigned shifts and is subject to overtime and call-back as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Hospital phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral, and verbal formats to support productivity and efficiency.
• Ability to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
• Basic computer literacy.

• Performs phlebotomy and specimen collections.

• Performs urine drug screen collections and industrial screening as required.
