About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Technical Knowledge Manager (KM) to help optimize how the organization captures, stores, and shares information to drive efficiency and decision-making. Key responsibilities include creating knowledge-sharing cultures, maintaining internal knowledge bases/repositories, establishing content governance, and utilizing tools to enhance information retrieval and reduce productivity bottlenecks. This position requires an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, structuring, and updating company intranet sites, databases, or content management systems (CMS) to serve as a single source of truth.
• Developing processes for capturing tacit knowledge (employee expertise) and turning it into explicit knowledge (documentation).
• Driving adoption of knowledge-sharing practices across departments to reduce information silos.
• Analyzing usage metrics (e.g., search analytics, surveys) to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge assets and platforms.
• Assisting with employee onboarding by ensuring training materials are accessible and up to date.
