Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the position
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Eight (8) years of knowledge/content management
  • Eight (8) years of experience administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Administrative Support: Expertise in executive customer service, administrative support, scheduling, project management, relationship building, and communication. Content Management: Expertise in content creation/curation, strategic writing/communication, copy writing, marketing, and DoW access control. Knowledge Management: Expertise in change management, data analysis/management, large-scale content curation/management, and DOD business/content processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Providing analytical and specialized support to relieve, assist, and, in delegated matters, act on behalf of senior and executive management.
  • Acting as primary liaison with administration and various support functions.
  • Coordinating the implementation of procedures and programs pertaining to administrative specialties.
  • Prioritizing and carrying out special projects and complex assignments.
  • Exercising frequent judgment, initiative, diplomacy and tact and ensuring the confidentiality of all matters.
  • Making administrative decisions and taking action on behalf of the officer/executive based on knowledge of the organization, policies and personnel.
  • Performing a broad range of administrative tasks for senior executive level management.
  • Exercising judgment, initiative and tact, making administrative decisions and taking action on behalf of the executive based on knowledge of the organization, policies and personnel.
  • Directing established guidelines, procedures and policies.
  • Administering policies that directly affect subordinate employees.
  • Recommending changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
