About The Position

LMI is looking for a Full Performance to Senior Technical Intelligence Officer and WIRe's CEIT Team Lead. This role involves supporting the WIRe management team with planning and scheduling tasks, assisting with automation efforts, and ensuring timely inputs for data-driven decisions. The position requires an expert understanding of customer engagement and innovation within the WIRe ecosystem, supporting the creation of dashboards for senior management, and providing feedback to technical partners to improve the platform. Additionally, the role supports program innovations through business process improvements and assists the PM with monthly accomplishments and other expectations.

Requirements

  • At least two years of leading a team of at least four FTE.
  • Have been chosen by the Agency at one point, to be the team lead for a program similar to the WIRe’s CEIT.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Be certified and experienced in SQL and Python, NLT 90 days after being hired into the position.
  • Have experience with Microsoft’s Word (including the track changes function), PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least two years of experience working with the Agency’s technical and data management teams.
  • Have an expert understanding of the WIRe program and platform.
  • Have experience engaging with Agency senior leadership and presenting information in a non-technical and concise manner.
  • Understand the WIRe Sensitive program.
  • Have experience supporting innovation and business process improvement efforts across Directorates with a focus on the DA.
  • Be able to handle the occasional high-stress short deadline demands of an Agency office.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to support multiple concurrent projects and see them through to completion in a very dynamic mission requirement environment.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to learn and apply new skills independently and as part of a team.
  • Have demonstrated project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Hold a current ISSA/TS clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the WIRe management team with developing plans and schedules for tasks related to matrix and benchmarking.
  • Support automation efforts with WIRe’s technical partners.
  • Ensure the team provides timely inputs to management and the DA front office on the matrix that they rely on to make quick and data centric decisions.
  • Have an expert understanding of the offices and teams that support the WIRe regarding customer engagement and innovation.
  • Support the creation of the appropriate dashboards used by WIRe and senior Agency management.
  • Provide constructive information and feedback to the WIRe’s technical partners.
  • Work with partners to correct errors with the platform.
  • Work with WIRe front office to make innovations to the program and platform through business process improvement innovations.
  • Support the PM with monthly unclassified accomplishments and other PM expectations.
