Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our mission-driven organization. This position is critical to the supporting our Federal client with the Electronic Health Modernization needs. This position combines hands-on technical integration development with end-to-end project management responsibilities for healthcare interfaces built and deployed using the Rhapsody integration engine. This role oversees the full lifecycle of interface development and deployment, providing strategic coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams. The position serves as a central integration leader, supporting Release Management and Delivery Leadership for all interface-related deployment activities to ensure successful delivery of interface projects that support healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements. The candidate should provide a strong project management expertise with hands-on knowledge of HL7 standards, interface development methodologies, healthcare IT systems, and interoperability best practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of federal contracting rules and regulations and be comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners. Requirements

Skilled Technical Project Manager
Hands-on technical integration development
