About The Position

This position will be responsible for cataloging 'showcase' items, which include high-end electronics such as cell phones, tablets, computers, ear buds, and headphones. The role involves testing the functionality of each item, including checking for phone locks, power status, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and any product defects. It also includes performing factory default resets, ensuring gaming systems are operational, and verifying the accuracy and detail of condition reports to maximize customer bids. The specialist will use a customized software program to maintain a consistent workflow of opening, testing, cataloging, and repackaging products for resale. Successful candidates will be proficient in navigating various systems and possess a strong understanding of technology. The role requires a dedicated individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities
