About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Engineer to join our team. This role involves on-site commissioning of medium voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs) primarily in the Russian region, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues. You will also collaborate with the Russian sales team for pre-sales support, including technical discussions, proposal preparation, and product presentations to facilitate project conversion. The position covers both medium- and low-voltage VFD product lines, offering end-to-end technical support. Additionally, you will provide remote technical support for the South Africa and Egypt regions, ensuring high-quality service for our overseas customers.

Requirements

• On-site commissioning experience with medium-voltage VFDs.
• Familiarity with at least one mainstream VFD brand.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to act as a technical point of contact during interactions with sales teams and customers.
• Proficiency in English as a working language (for communication with HQ in China and support for South Africa/Egypt).
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Capability for effective remote communication.
• Timely responsiveness across different time zones.
