About The Position

Cyera is hiring a Technical Enablement Manager to equip sales engineering leaders and teams, pre-sales teams, and channel partners with learning materials, content, and resources for the identity security portfolio. The role develops and delivers programs that build technical and non-technical pre-sales skills, deepen understanding of identity security, and help teams communicate product differentiation and positioning to CISOs and identity and access management leaders. Working with sales, product, technical leadership, and the broader enablement team, this manager will create, execute, assess, and improve enablement programs, including supporting new programs from conception through adoption. Success is measured by the business impact of those programs. The position also contributes to go-to-market strategy and uses performance data and field feedback to identify skill gaps and improve enablement.
