This role is ideal for someone who combines technical skills, marketing knowledge, and automation experience. You will help streamline operations, improve lead management, support digital campaigns, and build efficient systems that scale.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong experience with WordPress website management
• Experience with Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
• Familiarity with Airtable and workflow organization
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Graphic design and social media management skills
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Understanding of AI tools and practical business applications
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and equipment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a new WordPress website aligned with the company’s rebranding efforts
• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) for incoming leads and CRM workflows
• Assist with CRM transition and data migration into GHL
• Create and manage marketing graphics and social media content
• Write engaging copy for social media and marketing campaigns
• Support paid advertising efforts across Google and Meta platforms
• Organize and structure business data within Airtable
• Ensure automations and workflows are functioning properly
• Build and maintain automations using Make or n8n
• Use AI tools effectively to improve efficiency and support workflows
